Ira Prohorova (born in 1990 in Yekaterinburg, Russia) is an Israeli multidisciplinary artist, mostly known for her portrait photo works and photo installations. Ira works with installations, video, photography, painting, and sound art. She showed her work in several exhibitions, such as the Tel Aviv Museum of Street Art (“Pop Up Museum TLV 2”, “Pop Up Museum TLV 3”); Tel Aviv Illustration Week; “La Culture” (”La Culture: Reference”, ”La Culture: Relief"), “Hatzlakhot” (Nassima Landau Gallery, Tel Aviv). Her work deals with immigration, self-identification, and social and reflective processes.

Bachelor's degree at the College of Education, Technology and Art "Seminar Ha-Kibbutzim" at the Faculty of Arts, specialization – “Fine Arts" and "Art Education".

Exchange semester at Kunsthochschule Kassel, Kassel, Germany.

Pre-academic art school "HaGarazh". Specialization – Fine Art. Continuation of studies - 1 academic year (completed).
